The Miss Kagay-an 2012 competition is quite challenging. All of the ladies are talented and all of them are tough to beat. They are all pretty too, although I think some of them had to use airbrush tan to have a balanced skin tone. But that is understandable.

CALLING ALL TATTOO ARTISTS IN CAGAYAN DE ORO!!!
This is an open competition for all tattoo artists.
There will be two categories: Pre-Made and Tattoo of the Day.
Artists can join in either one or both of the categories.
Winners will be judged according to design, execution, technical skills and creativity by renowned tattoo artists Jake Cuerpo with a local guest judge.
