Congratulations Nonito Donaire

Nonito Donaire has reclaimed what had been lost last weekend, so Filipinos all over the world are once again rejoicing for his win, a TKO on the third round, and Mexican opponent, Jorge Arce, fell on the ring as Donaire's left punch took him down. It's another Philippines vs. Mexico battle, and Philippines came in as a winner. Although Donaire still has a long way to go to play on a main event, still, it's Pinoy pride that he brought.
Congratulations Nonito Donaire. You make the Philippines proud..

Playing Music

I wanna play a Fender Jaguar. At least I wanna learn to play the basics before going into the more complicated instruments. I sure know how to sing, and that will very much be well complimented if I know how to play an instrument.
I should be serious with learning the violin this summer. My daughter and I will be classmates, lol. No laughing matter as I am serious on that. Besides, it's really never too late to learn how.

Would you eat garlic in your ice cream? How about vegetables like Malunggay or one in Spicy Ginger? People can be very imaginative, so they create what others can only laugh about.
We were able to taste Garlic Ice Cream, Malunggay Ice Cream and Spicy Ginger Ice Cream in Bohol. They were amazingly good.
The other two above are Guyabano and Ube, usual flavors, but extra ordinary goodness..

Wanna Learn New Things

Some people may want to learn to play the guitar that they would have to buy a new bugera v5 at guitar center, but I? I only want to learn how to read notes. I can sing, I can even come up with my own tune, but not how to transpose them into notes. That had been my secret dream, even while we read notes as we sang ages ago at the glee club which I belong.
It always helps when one is able to learn what she or he has always wanted to do all his or her life.. If that will not happen, it will forever be a frustration.

This is an opening on the ceiling that stays closed for so many reasons. This will only be opened when someone pushes the lid upwards.
But during Typhoon Pablo's visit, the lid was opened three to four times, without is knowing where the wind came from. If Typhoon Pablo was able to ravage an entire village, how much more this lid? tsk tsk tsk..

The Table

I think I need to replace the drawer slide of my desk. They do not work anymore. Well it's an old table that my colleague has allowed me to use for as long as I am able to. I plan to buy my own table so I do not really have to replace anything as they have been in that condition from the very beginning. But I pity the table as it has been under a lot of stress. Seriously, even if it's just a table, I know it was not cared for the way it should have.

A TKO on the 5th round, and Pinoy legend Manny Pacquiao fell unconscious for a few minutes. A sad fate, and people in the Philippines as all Pinoys all over the world, were shocked to what just transpired.
Well, I hope Manny Pacquiao is okay. In sports, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose.. Today is not just his day..

Typhoon Pablo Passed
Subscribe to CDO EXTREME by Email
We have experienced the worst storm so far. Although there are no casualties in my city, other provinces have lots of problems after the storm passed. A blogger friend from Cateel, in Davao Oriental, says lines were cut off and that there are no more roads or bridges that could help people move. I am glad social media has helped to inform people, I am sure is on their way.
Anyway, electricity is back, the skies are clear today, but we still do not have water. Business is back, so as work for most people. But us in schools, we will resume tomorrow. I need to see the guys at the business card printers for the business cards I ordered.
Our lives are back, minus the water supply. But I think we shall be okay. The storm has come to pass..
