Below, you’ll find check-in/load-in details for Friday March 30th. Upon arriving at SM City Cagayan de Oro, look for the Car Park Building Entrance (check-in desk). This is where you’ll need to park, check-in & pick up your car/bike registration credentials/goods. From here, wait for our HOTCARZ Team to give you further instructions. You’ll be directed to the show floor in groups.

Car Registration Includes:
  • 1 Dashboard Sheet (to be immediately filled out, at check-in and placed on your Dash). This is where you’ll select which classes you’d like to be judged for.
  • 1 or more Codes (depending on your registration and award classes selection) good for in & out access, all event long
  • 1 Gift Bag with plenty of goods
  • 1 Raffle Tickets (placed inside your gift bag) for an exclusive ‘car registrant’ only raffle. Raffle items include: Castrol Edge Motor Oils
  • Inclusion into ‘car/bike show’ award classes & vehicle judging. Option to select the classes that you’d like to be judged for (no limitations). Over 70 awards to be distributed. Chance to bring your car for media coverage, feature interviews

Saturday, March 31 – 11:00am – Vehicle Judging (for awards) Starts
Saturday, March 31 – 11:00am – eFF and MyShelter Foundation Presentation
Saturday, March 31 – 3:00pm – Last call for vehicle judging
Saturday, April 1 – 10:00am – Deadline of Displaying Photo Entries at the Gallery
Saturday, April 1 – 11:00am – Judging for the Photo Contest
Saturday, April 1 – 5:00pm – Award Ceremony (drive-up main stage)
Saturday, April 1 – 8:00pm – Event Closed (tear down can begin)

  • This is a Rain or Shine event
  • Everyone MUST have an event ticket, to enter show premises on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • HOTCARZ & HOTBIKEZ Winners must be present to receive their winnings. Car show awards & raffle items will not be shipped.
