OBJECTIVES:

• To introduce Football at the Grassroots Level
• To develop grassroots Coaching methods to Clubs
• To create Youth Teams in the Barangay Level through the LGU’s and DepEd’s organization
• Develop Elite Players in each club
• Formulate Elite Teams through the CFE Program
• To create Grassroots and Youth competitions in the local, regional and national level
• To create scholarship programs for potential players

INTRODUCTORY COACHING COURSE: April 30 to May 4, 2012
BASIC REFEREES COURSE: May 14 – 18, 2012
