My friend had been running for four years now, and we all have seen the changes in his body as well as his lifestyle. He eats only small portions of all food groups in a meal. Plus he runs a couple of rounds in the morning and another round in the afternoons. He also has avoided vices and all others from his old life. Swisher Sweets is one of the smokes he is also cutting down. Chocolates are now limited to dark chocolates and no soft drinks and cola.
Every time there is a fun run, he joins. Every time there is a contest which is somehow physically challenging, he joins. I guess he had been prepared since he started his program. And people are raving for the results, including me.. Way to go Ralph...
