Who could ever imagine swine blood and internal organs coupled with some pork meat make up this recipe.. Exotic foods like Dinuguan may not be everyone's cup of tea but hey, it is good..

you're right, it's not for everybody. i'm not sure if Anthony Bourdain had tried our dinuguan.:p
i enjoy eating dinuguan as long as i know who prepared it.

i lkie dinuguan but the rest of my family thinks its yucky! they miss one good filipino dish though,hehehe
This is one popular Filipino dish - dinuguan paired with puto. I enjoy eating it only once in a while.
