For the upcoming Balanghai Festival in Butuan City, this May 2013, a move to become the host and organize a National Legal Drag race and a motorcycle show dubbed as 1ST U.B.B.E. BUTUAN BIKE FEST on May 4 and 5, 2013. The event is intended to eradicate illegal and dangerous drag racing and irresponsible driving. And further encourage different motor clubs from Butuan City to join and get educated. It will also highlight beautiful and modified bikes that will be participated by different racing teams from all over the Philippines like Cebu, Tacloban, Pagadian, Surigao, Dipolog, Tagum and many others.
